Spider Man: Brand New Day ranked third after opening in Chinese mainland cinemas two days ahead of its North American release.        Domestic comedy Johnny Keep Walking! and other films have also contributed to the diverse lineup of the summer season.    The upcoming film Once Upon a Time in the Middle East has earned more than 80 million yuan in presales, whose release is scheduled on Tuesday. More Chinese and overseas films, including The Odyssey, are expected to drive further growth in the summer box office.    By last Sunday, summer screenings had exceeded 30.22 million, up 6.3% year on year, while moviegoers surpassed 230 million, up 5%.
