二 | 一年来，首批海事政务全省通办业务累计办理量突破2400件，平均办结时限压缩37%。此次新增的24项政务服务事项将全面实现就近办、线上线下联办。办事群众在海事局政务中心、秦皇岛海事局政务中心、唐山海事局政务中心、沧州海事局政务中心、曹妃甸海事局政务中心5个全省通办政务服务站点中的任意一个窗口提交申请，均可享受线上线下便捷服务。海事部门对线上业务实行“全程网办+帮办导办”模式，通过在线审批、证书邮寄直达即可完成事项办理；对线下业务实行“帮办导办+代收转办”模式，依托“就近受理、异地审核、结果互认、同步发证”办理机制，保证办事群众便捷享受一窗通办、全省协同惠民服务。
